Founding Director of Cheemia. I moved to the USA over 3 years ago and have been working remotely on behalf of our clients in the UK. As well as running the company, I have interactions with NHS customers. Over the years I have developed techniques that allowed my team and I to secure market access and 1st line formulary position for several brands across the UK. We’ve since grown market share of our client’s brands exponentially in the last 3 years. We have tried and tested methodology to engage customers over the phone and online. Our E-detailing consultant, Lindsey based in England has over 6 years of experience of selling to primary care. secondary care and Key Account Management. We want to share our skills to help other pharmaceutical sales professionals make a faster transition from face to face to remote selling; embracing E-detailing.
The course is not theoretical, it is based on our own collective remote selling experience of over 9 years. It includes our top tips and tried and tested methodology to communicate and engage healthcare professionals and gain their commitment to act. We have a track record of securing market access, commercial agreements as well as achieving outstanding sales results growing market share of brands in the UK by over 30% within 12 months.
We have captured our experience and the key success factors for effective remote selling in a modular online course, consisting of six modules that will guide pharmaceutical sales professionals to:
Increase their concentration and focus, working from home
Ensure their health and safety, whilst working remotely from home
Increase their call rate, productivity and identify the best times to call
Be equipped with strategies & phrases to get through the receptionists and secure appointments
Increase their ability to engage customers on the phone, get customers onto the platform and manage meetings remotely
Be confident in asking questions and securing orders remotely
Get call backs, follow up meetings and appointments and develop brand advocates
The course consists of 6 modules
Every week 2 modules are released, with relevant worksheets and assignments to help course participants organise their work and adopt to remote working.
The participants are expected to complete 2 module per week and apply that knowledge to their day to day work
Each module is made up of approximately 6 lessons, and each module is about an hour in duration
The modules are streamed live thorugh our private Facebook group and are followed up with a 20 minute live Q&A session (if you miss this, it will be posted on Facebook group)

What if I cannot make the time slots of the live monthly zoom session?
The live coaching sessions are going to be scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays evening @5pm BST. These sessions are accessed via our private Facebook Group. You will receive joining instructions via email. Please ensure you use the same email address you used to purchase the course to access Facebook group. Whilst I would recommend attending the sessions live for best results, all sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up if you do have to miss one! The sessions will be recorded and posted on the course private group Facebook page, so remember to look out for them.
What will each module entail?
Each module focuses on one specific aspect of remote selling to help you get you ready, help you structure your day in the most effective way, provide you with tools for engagement as well as coaching you to develop compelling reasons why they would want to listen to you and buy from you. You will receive an overview of each module and what they entail plus a downloadable schedule via email.
What if I cannot complete two modules in a week?
Ideally you want to complete two module per week and apply the practical tips in your daily work and put the learning into practice. If you are unable to complete the modules within a week try to catch up as soon as you can. The subsequent module will broadcasted via private Facebook Group and the recordings will be posted on the FB group, so you can access these and catch up.
What equipment do I need?
You will need access to a laptop or mobile device to enables you to watch online videos and get access the course. The practical worksheet and templates are in PDF format so you can either save them to your computer or print them. You also need to have a Facebook account so you can join the private group.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is none! I only want to work with sales professionals who are all in and serious about improving their remote selling skill. Once you start the programme, you make a commitment to yourself, as your coach I won’t let you skimp out and hold you accountable to embrace this new way of working. You will never know by the time you finish this course you may end up preferring remote selling to face to face working in the field.
